Because AdminProtos.AdminService.BlockingInterface getAdmin(final ServerName
serverName, final boolean master) was already deprecated in HConnection I now
remove it completely. The deprecation message says correctly the master boolean
is not used within the code.
(I can change it to deprecated if you [~stack] think otherwise but I thought to
already add this patch to have it checked out by QA)
