Failed ut TestRowProcessorEndpoint is not related to this patch. The test
results show many CallQueueTooBigException. So we should set
RpcScheduler.IPC_SERVER_MAX_CALLQUEUE_LENGTH to a bigger value. The default
queue length is 30 (default handler count) * 10 (default queue length per
handler) and maybe we can set it to 1000 for unit test
TestRowProcessorEndpoint#testMultipleRows.
