nginx is implemented in C/C++.
We can easily find about as many articles and examples for it as we can find
them against it.
I am only saying that a statement like "heap allocations are bad" is simply not
generally true.
Let's test, have some numbers, and I will happily shut up about it (in fact if
I was wrong I will have learned something)
