Add a boolean connection parameter, {{{}meta-to-ctrl{}}}, for browser-based
sessions (RDP, VNC, SSH).
When enabled, the Meta key (Command on macOS) is translated to Ctrl, allowing
macOS users to use Command-based shortcuts (e.g., Meta+c, Meta+v, ...) to
trigger Ctrl-based shortcuts within remote sessions.
Default value should be {{false}} to preserve existing behavior.
