I'd like to propose adding a health check endpoint, so docker/kubernetes users
can know if guacamole is running healthy.
Tomcat has a [Health Check
Valve|[https://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-9.0-doc/config/valve.html#Health_Check_Valve]].
By default it listens on /health.
It could be configured via environment variables like tomcat's Remote IP valve,
or maybe even consider enabling it by default and adding a HEALTCHECK to the
Dockerfile.
If an implementation is decided, I'd be happy to provide a PR
