Description: The {{ReaderGuacamoleReader}} class of guacamole-common does
not correctly support characters that are represented internally within Java as
UTF-16 surrogate pairs. Attempting to read instructions containing these
characters leads to parse failures or potentially dropped/mangled instructions.
