In https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GUACAMOLE-1708 czech layout was
implemented and heading to 1.6.0 release. There is no way in client to pickup
this functionality in frontend and this change fixes this situation. It would
be great if it fits to 1.6.0 too, as it is change with very low risk.
