When attempting to connect to a MySQL 8.4 database server with
guacamole-auth-jdbc-mysql, any attempt to connect to the database fails with
the following error:

java.sql.SQLTransientConnectionException: Could not connect to address): RSA
public key is not available client side (option serverRsaPublicKeyFile not set)
