Hi, I have tested the patched TOTP extension. When I configure disabled TOTP
for a special user, it works fine. But when I configure the disabled TOTP via
group settings, TOTP is still enforced for the users that are part of the
configured group. Has anyone experienced the same issue?

> The TOTP Authenticator Plugin currently does not allow configuration.
> The patch which is included in this ticket adds the following functionality:
> # Introduces a new configuration option:
> totp-disabled-group
> Members of the given group will have TOTP disabled. If the configuration is
> left blank, TOTP usage is enforced.
> # Adds the functionality in the code
>
> Review & Feedback is appreciated. Especially the correct usage of the API for
> retrieving group membership.
