[~jmuehlner]: Question on this one - as implemented in
https://github.com/apache/guacamole-server/pull/498 and
https://github.com/apache/guacamole-server/pull/500, will this _overwrite_
existing files, or _append_ to them? I don't see the O_APPEND flag mentioned,
so I'm guessing it overwrites it, but just wanted to be sure.
