When connecting with a protocol that has fields exposed in the client menu
(e.g. ssh with font name, size, etc), these fields will disappear from the menu
if the connection is reestablished without closing the menu.
Steps to easily reproduce:
1. Connect to an SSH (or other protocol) connection that has fields in the
sidebar menu
2. Get disconnected (by killing guacd or similar)
3. Click the reconnect button in the center of the screen
4. Observe that the fields have disappeared from the sidebar
The fields will come back if the sidebar is closed and reopened, or if the page
is reloaded.
The expected behavior would be that these fields remain, updating with any new
field values as needed when the connection is reestablished.
