Currently, the history recording player only shows the control bar at the
bottom if the player is paused, or if the mouse is hovered over the controls
itself.
We should also show the controls if the mouse is moved around, and should hide
it after a reasonable delay if the mouse isn't being moved anymore.
This would match the behavior of most video players users may be familiar with
(e.g. youtube).
