I've mostly done the implementation on this by doing an extension with some
decorating classes that add some ability to restrict logins both by day-of-week
and by remote host address. I'm trying to come up with a way to do the
front-end interface of it a bit better before I submit the pull request -
unfortunately UX stuff tends to be the most challenging for me.
