Hello everyone,
I recently faced the same problem described in the mail ["guacamole-client
manual
compilation"|https://lists.apache.org/thread/qp556284xny5nhn5d6r1jjlfs5cqmd0y].
I found the cause of this problem is the OpenSSL config file
(/etc/ssl/openssl.cnf). I may build guacamole-client 1.4.0 from the source
without a problem with openSUSE 15.3, but not the case with openSUSE 15.4.
