Currently in the guacamole-vault-ksm extension, token replacement is enabled
for hostnames and usernames: e.g. `KEEPER_SERVER_USERNAME`,
`KEEPER_USER_PASSWORD`, etc.
This system should be expanded to allow search and replace using domain
specific tokens - `KEEPER_DOMAIN_USERNAME`, etc.
Note that the domain connection parameter is RDP-specific.
