Mike Jumper closed GUACAMOLE-1649.

    Resolution: Invalid

With a Tomcat configured to accept URLs with encoded slashes and backslashes, 
there is no error (see above). The Guacamole half of this was fixed in 1.4.0 
with GUACAMOLE-1261.
