I'm not sure what you mean by "not supported in guacamole"? I believe the auth
method would be dictated by the JDBC driver version and negotiation between the
JDBC client and the server? I can understand wanting to add this parameter so
that you could force the JDBC driver to use a particular method for older DB
servers, but you could also just use the JDBC driver that has one or the other
as a default.
