Well ... I agree that the current unstable network warning seems like it
satisfies the need described by this issue, so I am also curious what the
use-case / differences proposed here might be. On the surface, I feel this is
already taken care of via that warning, but I'm ready to be wrong on that if
there's an apparent better way.
