If we upgrade from guacamole version 1.0.0 we loose the possiblity to use
ctrl+alt+key to send a ctrl+key command to a RDP server.
We used this since ctrl+key is intercepted for many keys by the browser, but
when using ctrl+alt the browser doesnt intercept the key.
After 1.0.0 when using ctrl+alt+n for example we and up with just a normal 'n'
on the RDP server.
