Description: Provide an easy to configure process-wide serialization filter
for use on Java 8. When enabled, the Geode global serial filter should be
configured by default to accept only JDK classes and Geode classes unless the
user specifies non-default values for the Geode properties
validate-serializable-objects and serializable-object-filter. (was: Provide an
