Hale Bales resolved GEODE-9889.

Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
Could not reproduce on 1.14 or develop. Given that this failure has only failed
twice on 1.14, and the code it tests has been completely reworked in 1.15, this
issue is not worth pursuing further at this time.
