the redis hash object has 2 fields: 
HSCAN_SNAPSHOTS_EXPIRE_CHECK_FREQUENCY_MILLISECONDS
MINIMUM_MILLISECONDS_FOR_HSCAN_SNAPSHOTS_TO_LIVE

which should be configurable for end user.
