Hi [~echobravo],
Mainly parity with Java API.
Basically, if you can specify a PartitionResolver in the server side, it makes
sense that this very PartitionResolver is available in all the client APIs.
Otherwise, each user of geode-native will have to maintain its own
implementation of StringPrefixPartitionResolver.
