### Search before asking - [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/fluss-rust/issues) and found nothing similar. ### Description Currently client feature support matrix is maintained in Java repo: https://github.com/apache/fluss/blob/main/website/docs/apis/client-support-matrix.md We should have non-Java client feature support matrix maintained within fluss-rust repo as it will be easier to managed as currently these two have different versioning and release cadence might differ for both.
