{{SnapshotMigrationTestBase}} and both subclasses were migrated to JUnit 5 in
FLINK-39124
(https://github.com/apache/flink/commit/6fc5c97ec3a89975ee44b1b084efc8fbc25c73ee,
2.3.0), and FLINK-40138 made the snapshot generator drive the JUnit 5
lifecycle. Closing as a duplicate.
