Parent: #1225 ### Problem and scope The Coding-agent Skill needs a discoverable, versioned user path from getting started to installation and use. It is a development aid rather than an Agent runtime example. #### Scope - [ ] Add an optional entry point in Get Started. - [ ] Provide a detailed authoring guide explaining installation, intended use, and links to the relevant Agent documentation. - [ ] Add the versioned artifact and download instructions to the 0.4 download/release workflow, verifying the published artifact location when available. - [ ] Include a concise linked entry in the 0.4 release announcement material. #### Coordination and acceptance Coordinate navigation with #1226; release artifact availability follows the 0.4 release process. Users can discover the Skill, choose the matching version, install it, and reach its usage guide. Verify download links/artifacts before final release acceptance. This issue does not itself authorize publishing a release announcement. #### Review coverage DOC-009.
