    Release Note: With table.optimizer.non-deterministic-update.strategy set to 
TRY_RESOLVE, a non-deterministic filter on an updating input is now rejected 
even when the input's update key covers the sink primary key, and EXPLAIN 
PLAN_ADVICE reports it. Compiled plans are not affected.
