Adds the {{FlinkMiniCluster}} kind to the operator API module, alongside the
existing {{FlinkDeployment}}, {{FlinkSessionJob}}, {{FlinkBlueGreenDeployment}}
and {{FlinkStateSnapshot}} kinds, together with a generated CRD, RBAC rules,
webhook dispatch and validation.
{{FlinkMiniCluster}} will represent a single Flink job running inside a single
pod, with JobManager and TaskManager merged into one JVM process.
The spec will reuse {{FlinkDeployment}}'s fields wherever the underlying
concept is identical (image, flinkVersion, flinkConfiguration, ingress,
logConfiguration, serviceAccount and the whole job block), with a single
podTemplate and resources block in place of separate jobManager / taskManager
blocks, and no native / standalone mode. {{spec.job}} should be required.
The status will reuse jobStatus, lifecycleState, reconciliationStatus and error
unchanged. jobManagerDeploymentStatus becomes podDeploymentStatus, carrying the
same states.
No existing kind changes shape. Nothing reconciles FlinkMiniCluster resources
yet; the controller will be added in a later sub-task.
