Hi @Zakelly, @fredia and @Myasuka, could you take a look at this when you have a chance? It fixes TTL background cleanup being silently skipped for State V2 (async) states on ForSt: the compaction filter factory is attached to the column family, but the TTL configuration is never pushed into it on the V2 path, so expired entries are never compacted away and the state grows unbounded. The fix wires `configCompactFilter` for the V2 `StateDescriptor` path. It already has a community review and approval from @minxhe, comes with test coverage (`ForStTtlCompactFilterTest`), and CI is green — it just needs a committer's review to move forward.
