Postgres CDC pooled connections appear as {{PostgreSQL JDBC Driver}} instead of
{{postgres-cdc-connector}} in {{{}pg_stat_activity{}}}. The configured
application name is not propagated to the connection pool, making CDC
connections difficult to distinguish from other JDBC clients.
