Updated `fcbbddd` → `be2272f`: dropped the dead guard in `MultipleInputStreamTask` and fixed the comment, added `MultipleInputStreamTaskIdleDrainTest` since the multi-input change had no test coverage of its own, and added a dedup test to `ChainingOutputIdleMaxWatermarkTest`.
