* d1a677a39bba9b51b9c0be6c093d27771436e232 to first move `okhttp` to `jdk`
* 1599d96bae27d8a5bdb56cf209e8cc294dbc304e bumps the Fabric8 client
* ea8f7982d85c731f65b8b8d19d824f3a8e18e07a bumps OkHttp to a maintained
version, for the dependencies that need it and are running in isolated
classloaders
* 5912968b1e2b66cec5a7342a07434c121d8459e6 to align otel with the OkHttp bump
* 7e10fabcb9ceea83f5eb01f6504688eda4ddcfdc to make InfluxDB work with the
OkHttp bump
* ee49e4d09f8f3bb16ee5ae2fd03c5a62acfad948 to add the enforcer rules
* 4872a6199d3fa3e2a7e6e3a6fc6f1ab23c9c3368 for documentation purposes
