Thanks for the feedback! I totally agree that we should provide some built-in abstraction. That's exactly what I mean by the "external subagent support framework", though at that time I wasn't sure whether it should be an abstraction or a set of tools. I think the primitives you proposed are good starting points, which also echo the thoughts from weiqingy and ofekron in this thread. While the external subagent framework can be a follow-up to the common framework, I plan to open a separate Draft PR to propose its shape early on. The goal of opening this framework PR is to let the two work in synergy, which will help us better clarify the shapes and the collaboration patterns between the common framework and the external framework.
