Agreed. The current `ActionStateStore` does not retain the original `inputRunId` or `executionId`, so a reused Action cannot currently create a direct cross-run link; retained output Event IDs provide only Event-level correlation. I updated the Recovery and Replay section to make this limitation explicit. Persisting reuse provenance remains follow-up work rather than part of #924.
