@bowenli86 Understood. FLINK-39193 is mainly about the `ListConsumerGroupOffsetsSpec` library incompatibility, while this PR changes the behavior for partitions missing from the specified-offset map. I'll open a separate FLINK Jira to track this behavior change and update this PR to reference the new ticket.
