Thanks for assigning this to me. I’d be happy to take it on. I agree it would be better to align on the field semantics and lineage model before starting the implementation. I’ll prepare a detailed design proposal in the GitHub discussion soon, covering the proposed field set, run identity derivation, causal edge semantics, and the scope of the first recording-only PR.
