Another occurrence on master with the same data-loss signature 
(containsExactlyInAnyOrder fails with "could not find the following elements"):

Note for triagers: the SinkV2ITCase failures in recent release-1.20 nightlies 
(builds 76469, 76532, 76572, 76610, 76727) are a different symptom 
(temp-directory cleanup IOException) and are tracked separately.
