Most of the tests marked with this annotation were either moved to connectors
or fixed for java11 case.
Also the only current test marked with this is ArchUnit related because of
ArchUnit bug https://github.com/TNG/ArchUnit/issues/1124
where ArchUnit generates different list of violations for java8 and java11
Since we dropped support of java 8 we can regenerate violations for java11
