Hi [~achang52255], I'm very interested in this FLIP and would be happy to
assist in development if you'd like. I do see that this Jira states for the FHS
improvements to be included in 2.1.0, despite the code freeze that starts on
June 21st [1]. Do you expect for this FLIP to be implemented in 2.1.0? Are
there any plans to backport this to other releases?
