   I think it's better we can move these codes to `FlinkConvertletTable`, so we 
can reduce the cost when upgrading calcite.

   Actually, Sink doesn't have similar logic. You can take a look at 
`LogicalSink`.
   
   It's better we can introduce the `ModelProviderModel ` if it provides some 
necessary utils.
