In line with the main Flink repository ([PR 25953](https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/25953)), it would be good to enable the Stale PR clean-up GitHub Action. We only have 30 or so open PRs but some are over 2 years old and refer to version of Kafka we don't support/use anymore. Adding this action will prompt authors to update or close their PRs and will keep the backlog in a more representative state.
