Description:
The Flink-Kubernetes dependency embedded in the packaging of flink-cdc-dist is
incompatible with Flink 1.20.
In Flink 1.20, The constructor of KubernetesClusterDescriptor has added the
input parameter KubernetesArtifactUploader.
Therefore, it leads to a method conflict of KubernetesClusterDescriptor in the
Kubernetes application submission mode.
