It seems that there was already a ready
PR(https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-33921) related this from a year
ago... [~corgy] are you still working on this? If you are still working on this
and already have a PR, how about [~liyubin117] remove `IdleStateRetentionTime`
first, and then you can take care of the rest? If not, [~liyubin117] would you
be willing to continue with the previous PR and remove all the deprecated
methods in `TableConfig`?
