[~Sergey Nuyanzin] Hi, I read the doc from 
[https://nightlies.apache.org/flink/flink-docs-release-1.20/docs/flinkdev/ide_setup/#code-formatting]
 and find out we use checkstyle and spotless together, may I ask why we don't 
choose to use only one tool? As far as I know, spotless is good enough, is 
there any other reason we need to keep checkstyle?
