Thanks for your review @AHeise! I added integration tests into `KafkaTableITCase.java` since there are other Kafka Table Sink and Source IT test cases there, and it seemed like the appropriate place. I'm still working on running these tests locally, as the container setup does not work out of the box with `podman`. I have `podman` available but not `docker`.
