Description:
I changed appender.main.layout.pattern in log4j.properties as follows:

appender.main.layout.type = PatternLayout
appender.main.layout.pattern = %d{yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss,SSS} [%t] %-5p %c{1}

appender.main.policies.type = Policies
appender.main.policies.size.type = SizeBasedTriggeringPolicy
