## What is the purpose of the change
Currently, the IT cases of file-merging check the existence of files under
the checkpoint directory to make sure all the previous files are cleaned as
expected. However due to FLINK-28927, FLINK-28984 (or other remaining issues),
the cp directory may not be totally cleaned. Thus file-merging IT test may
produce an error.
Before those issues get resolved, this PR make the IT cases only check the
existence of JM recognized files instead of any file under the checkpoint
directory.
