Nikolay Vasilishin commented on FLINK-4565: ------------------------------------------- The problem above can be solved with proper RexNode construct. I've asked calcite community how to avoid this problem and temporarily applied a workaround with Reflection API. So, now I'm getting in CodeGenerator#visitSubQuery with RexNode which stands for column, left side of IN and RelNode, which stands for table on the right side of IN. If I'm not mistaken, I have to implement RelShuttle, which will deal with subquery and delegate it to Table methods. But how to use results of subquery as predicate is still question for me. > Support for SQL IN operator > --------------------------- > > Key: FLINK-4565 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-4565 > Project: Flink > Issue Type: Improvement > Components: Table API & SQL > Reporter: Timo Walther > Assignee: Nikolay Vasilishin > > It seems that Flink SQL supports the uncorrelated sub-query IN operator. But > it should also be available in the Table API and tested. -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.3.4#6332)
