Description:
our enviroment found lots of python-dist causing disk full.
the main resource is
constructEnvironmentVariables -> constructArchivesDirectory ->
CompressionUtils.extractFile which has
ClosedByInterruptException Exception and the root exception has lost. we found
it by arthas.
and it will not run the clean dir logic
