The problem is that some of the required by us changes, haven't been merged
yet. And some of the other changes, are very new and not part of any RocksDB
release yet. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-33337 tracks the state
and the list of the related PRs against facebook/rocksdb repository that are
required by FLINK-31238
